Bigilla is a traditional Maltese broad bean dip, made of mashed broad beans, olive oil, salt, garlic and red pepper. Rich, hearty, and full of flavour, it’s perfect as a spread on fresh bread, a dip for galletti, or as part of an authentic Maltese antipasto platter. This 400g tub is ready to serve and ideal for sharing.
