We have a 24hr refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your delivery to request a refund.
There are no returns on perishable items. This is especially applicable for Fresh Cheese and Kanolli. These items are made to order only.
To be eligible for a return on any other products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Ravjul, Pastizzi, Zalzett), custom orders (such as fresh cheese and kanolli). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Non receipt of goods
In the event that you do not receive an item with your delivery, we are happy to refund, credit or replace the item (with something of the same or similar value). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
