In Malta these are made from sheep's milk. Here they are made with cows milk and are a very versatile cheese. These can be be used like ricotta, put into soups, are absolutely delicious on fresh bread or crackers, or, if you're like me, eaten with a spoon , with a dash of salt & pepper!

Please note, these have a short shelf life of approximately 1 week.
