Kusksu Pasta La Molisana – Traditional Maltese Soup Pasta
Perfect for preparing the traditional Maltese soup known as Kusksu, this 500g pack of La Molisana pasta delivers excellent quality and texture. Small, round pasta beads ideal for broths and soups, especially when paired with fresh broad beans and ġbejniet for an authentic Maltese meal.
Not to be confused with Cous Cous, this is an actual pasta suitable for the traditional Maltese dish of Kusksu.
Slight smaller in size than the one in Malta but equally does the job.
