Experience the rich and bold flavours of traditional Maltese spiced coffee or “Kafe Msajjar" with this 225g pack of Kafe. Perfect for brewing a strong, aromatic cup that captures Malta’s coffee culture, it’s ideal for mornings, social gatherings, or anytime you want a genuine Maltese coffee experience.
It used to be mixed with water in a typical coffee pot (stanjata) and cooked for half an hour or so. Once cooked and filtered, the coffee pot was placed on an old petroleum tabletop stove (spiritiera), on low heat, ready to be served. Our traditional Maltese Coffee is a blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, infused with roasted chicory, ground cloves and ground aniseed.

If you are picking your order up from Prestons, please note that we are open from Wednesday to Saturday (closing at midday on Saturday).
