Strawberry Jam – Traditional Gozitan Fruit Preserve
Hand picked plump and ripe strawberries are grown along the hillsides and fertile fields of Gozo. They are gently cooked in small batches and hand-stirred in the traditional open pans to preserve the sweet flavour and fruity texture. Made in the traditional manner using 100% fresh fruit to preserve the unique sweet flavour and fresh aroma.

If you are picking your order up from Prestons, please note that we are open from Wednesday to Saturday (closing at midday on Saturday).
