Krustini are traditional Maltese biscotti – twice-baked, crunchy biscuits perfect for dipping in coffee, tea, or dessert wine. Made using time-honoured recipes, these rustic treats are lightly sweet and ideal for snacking or serving alongside hot drinks.
The recipe did evolve over time however; incorporating new elements like orange flower water & fennel seeds; which made it into what are now known as ‘Krustini’.
