This 500ml bottle of rennet is perfect for crafting authentic Maltese ġbejniet, the traditional goat’s cheese beloved across Malta. Used to coagulate milk in the cheese-making process, it’s a must-have ingredient for anyone making fresh, handmade ġbejniet at home.
One Tablespoon is all you need for 3 Litres of milk to make your own Gbejniet.
