Zalza Ravjul Sauce with Garlic – Traditional Maltese Pasta Sauce
Mayor’s Zalza with Garlic is a rich, ready-made tomato sauce specially crafted for traditional Maltese ravjul (ravioli). Packed in a 410g jar, it features ripe tomatoes, garlic, and Mediterranean herbs for a bold, homemade flavour. Simply heat and pour over pasta, or use in baked dishes for an authentic Maltese meal.
